How To Set Up An Income Account For Booth Renters At A Booth Rental Salon

In this video, I am going to show you the best way to set up income accounts if you are a booth rental salon. As a booth rental salon, you have at least two sources of income, booth rental income and service income from the services you the salon owners provides to your client. You may have a third account if you sell retail. This video is for salons that do not use a point of sale software rather you enter all your transactions directly into your QuickBooks online software. I will demonstrate how to use the product and services feature to set up income accounts. The reason I like using the products and services feature to set up accounts is that it gives you the ability to really drill down when creating reports. And the more detailed reports you have, the better able you are to analyze your business for decision making purpose.
